As an additional resource, they are offering an Elmer class aimed at newly licensed Tech class operators. This is also a great opportunity, if you know someone who got their license, but never did much with it, to help them get on the air as well. Saturday, October 10 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at the Whitman Police Station training room.
